A Megaman one-shot in a series. Summary: Another merge effect of unfamiliar data appearing intrigues a strange navi- but they might not be the only one it could affect. Story on fanfiction.net Story on Archive on Our Own Megaman series on Archive of Our Own ---------------------------------------------------------- Raika typed on his laptop in “his” room in Sci-lab for a class assignment. Yet again, he was in Netopia, summoned by another cross fusion mission, surprisingly after a short while after the latter time he had been in the country. He sighed slightly, pausing in his typing. He was still able to travel to Netopia, merge effects aside. Of course, it helped that now he was allowed to travel via reverse cross fusion (though he was always accompanied by a navi), which created a much shorter time frame than generic travel. Frowning a bit, he went back to typing on a geography assignment. A few minutes later, though, he stopped again, wincing
Megaman one shot of a series. Summary: Raika decides to help a civilian in an odd way, but had not expected any help in return. Story on fanfiction.net Story on Archive of Our Own Megaman series on Archive of Our Own ------------------------------- Raika sighed slightly as he looked at his laptop screen. He could sometimes almost imagine that the recent odd attack from an enemy navi had not occurred- and utterly nothing to do with his and Searchman’s merge, strangely enough- but other times . . . Of course, it did not help with what he was currently doing. Of all coincidences, Swiftman, the lone navi that resided in Sci-lab until further notice, had named his former chimera “twin” Dimitri- the very name that he was looking at the moment. He managed to somewhat shove the uncomfortable feelings aside that his “twin” was better than somewhere inside him again- and most likely, never to appear again. He could attempt to help another Dimitri, the

First chapter on deviantart Story on fanfiction.net Story on Archive of Our Own Megaman series on Archive of Our Own ----------------------------- One uneasy hour later, the scan for the enemy navi was finished. Raika wearily looked at the screen from the chair he was still in; he had declined the offer for him to rest. He was almost offended that no one had proposed the same to the strange youth that had come out of the computer with him. The sullen curly-haired youth was still mutely staring at the wall, his features showing fatigue as he slumped a bit in his chair. Raika then shook the thought off. If the youth was truly supposed to be a part of him, then he would not need to worry about him after they were combined again. It would need to be the same if Searchman were ever divided somehow.

Story on fanfiction.net Story on Archive of Our Own Megaman series on Archive of Our Own Chapter two on deviantart ------------------------- Raika heard the door open to the medical room that he was in. He stood from the chair he had been told to wait on, briefly saluting the medical assistant that came in. His navi, Searchman, was being scanned himself again in the medical navi network. Raika frowned inwardly. Fortunately, he was there only for yet another check-up, and not something else that had gone wrong with his and Searchman’s merge. He was surprised that Searchman was somehow able to bring him out of the cyber world without any known effects for either of them, besides the general known weakness, with the effect more strongly for Raika’s transfer that had been close to the other one. The assistant spoke, his voice not showing actual concern for the cadet in front of him. “Has

Story on fanfiction.net Story on Archive of Our Own Number twelve in a Megaman series --------------------- Raika bent forward at his desk to take some notes for his class. At the front of the room, the instructor was with the projector, explaining about something that was currently in summarized form on the white screen. He was quite glad to be in his own civilized school again, after inconspicuously being in a rowdy civilian one for a small mission where he (and another cadet that was to report any odd “merge” effects) was to watch for a suspected data thief. Raika had accepted the task, but had slightly wished that one of his peers, many of who were also strong net battlers, had been asked instead. Even his classmates were not under the restrictions that he currently was- it was lucky that he was even still able
Megaman fanfiction one-shot in a series. Summary: Raika and Searchman both escaped from the strange Channel Zero program- or so they had thought. Story on fanfiction.net Story on Archive of our Own Part eleven in a Megaman series -------------------------------------- He could see snow. Raika squinted confusedly at the bright powdery surface, with a cascade of flurries all around him. Below, he could see nothing else besides the thick icy layer beneath him, and in front, the light grey clouds, and a dark-grey blackness that might as well be the drifting sun, hidden by an eclipse. He could not see the horizon, somehow- it was hidden, a flint of ever-shifting sharp spears that could not be unveiled. It should not, somehow. There is no escape. Raika looked around briefly, but he could not see a small figure or anything anyway to denote that something tangible had spoken the ominous words. Does he even see us? Raika frowned slightly. The words- if one could call them that-

Story on fanfiction.net Story on Archive of our own Megaman series on Archive of our own --------------------------------- Raika shut the door to his uncle’s home, making sure that it was firmly closed. He sighed a bit in relief. Finally, he was not here to stay for an undetermined length of time while he had some odd mysterious illness, or was just seemingly randomly invited by his chief uncle. He was here, by order of the chief himself, to pick up a storage disc at his home where it had initially had not been deemed noticeable as something dangerous by the net police. However, there was a program on it- and a strange one at that. His aunt had been watching a small child from a few houses away, and she had put in the computer disc- seemingly a simple, harmless game. However, as several security navis for the home had had to fight the viruses
